        Went to the bank to request print off of bank statements. Was told later today or tomorrow they were busy. Went back at 9 mins past 2 to see if ready only one member of staff there hadn't done it, busy, lunch breaks etc. 1member of staff working!!! So unless you want the atm you can't get served.

        Feeling very frustrated not just with the BNZ Blenheim branch but as a whole.I misplaced my Visa card so put a stop on it ,this being 7th May as of today I still have not been sent a replacement card.Today is June 28th.Everyone I speak to ,tell me it will be here and when I go to collect it nothing has been done and it seems no one really cares,promises have been made but nothing actually carried out.Ringing the Blenheim branch again today as was meant to be couriered here by Yesterday still not heard from anyone.
