A wonderful place to stay, amazing hospitality from both Sally and Kevin. they are both Fantastic hosts, beautiful continental breakfasts daily with delicious local berries and a homemade muesli, and matched with barista coffee from Kevin. Located in central Blenheim we found it to be close to all ammenities and also very private. They really helped us out with extra accommodation and went above and beyond when our flights were cancelled due to the cyclone. Great kiwi and aussie hospitality Must dos; have a swim and spa in the pool, get out on Kevins ebikes and tour through the vineyards, so much fun. We look forward to visiting again. Paulie and Dana

Sally and Kevin, What an extraordinary experience! We simply cannot thank you enough. You both created such a truly memorable, unique stay for us all and we are so very grateful to have met you. Your attention to detail is impressive! Starting from meeting us all at the airport with open arms, great humour, honest conversations .the list is endless. Beautiful accomodation, luxurious linen, delicious homemade muesli, the freshest berries and not to mention that amazing lap pool and spa (amazing!) The E-Bikes were so much fun and we all felt like kids again. We appreciate you accommodating us all at the last minute to extend our stay due to the cyclone in Auckland, we simply never wanted to leave. We look forward to staying with you again soon!! This is a wonderful B & B and a great way to explore Blenheim and all that the area has to offer. The room was extremely comfortable and large with lots of amenities. Sally and Kevin are lovely hosts and made our stay even more enjoyable . The breakfast was terrific and a great start to the day. We should have booked for a longer stay. The spa, swimming pool is a must. We thoroughly enjoying relaxing in it after our drive. Our hosts had terrific vineyard and dinner suggestions. We can highly recommend staying here.

We had the most SPECIAL time with Sally and Kevin who were absolutely BRILLIANT hosts. Forget the basics ( ie BED and BREAKFAST which were of a VERY high standard).., our stay was so much more than the basics We had a fabulous time with both our hosts as well as their wonderful other guests. This is NOT simply a B & B - Number 41 is a an example of NZ hospitality and friendship at its best. If in Blenheim there cannot be a better place to stay THANK YOU both

An absolutely stunning place to stay, Sally and Kevin were so welcoming and the house was beautiful. They went out of their way to help us when we really needed it and another local hotel let us down. Couldnt recommend them highly enough, great house, great breakfast & coffee, complimentary drinks and an amazing spa/jet pool. Thanks and hope to be back one day.
