        Needed help to secure a door I brought into the back of my truck but the staff were quick to just say youll be right and walked away (they had no other customers in the shop) After saying no I dont think so as I live in Picton, one of them stoped & suggested I tilt the door then he left, clearly it needed tying down otherwise it wouldnt make it up the hill or my very steep driveway. Possibly I struck a bad day but a little help gos along way, perhaps some customer service training would benefit?
