        1st lady was 0 help but went back and got a different lady to help sadly didn't get her name but sh3 was an absolute gem and helped as much as she could to get what I needed done done right.

        Didnt appreciate being hung up on by your staff member, while trying to explain my issue that you guys had caused, with no offer of help from the gentleman to sort, he talked over top of me and then hung up! I find this very rude customer service and not good enough!
