I go there for dogfood and fertiliser/herbicides. They are helpful, but in some cases they are more expensive than elsewhere.

The staff are friendly, informative, proactive and helpful and the store has items at a great value. Elaboration: - Friendly: smiles, greets/thanks you, no problems when asking where items. - Informative: clear directions to where to find items. If paying for most items, the calculation is broken down and explained in full which ensured I understood why the total is why it is and how it got to that amount. Informed of the difference between receipts given. - Proactive and helpful: Can see I go to the counter so the nearest staff comes straight to the front desk to serve me, another staff said "I'll carry that to your car" when I had a 20kg bag of wheat for my s. - Great value: Useful items like Poly Scoops & feed Scoops can be used on more than one thing in more than one environment and the price is reasonable based on the sturdy and tough material and usefulness of the item. Chicken feed was great value at $18.22 - 91 cents (used Farmlands card so I'm guessing that is why I received a discount or the item was on sale that day) whereas for half the amount at the supermarket (10kg) I would pay $11.89 for the wheat and it costs more per 100g compared to Farmland's and even though I is about $6 something cheaper the Farmlands wheat is better value getting more which works out to less per 100g and in total versus 2x 10kg at Countdown for example. Overall fantastic service, awesome staff & I'll be back for more chicken feed for my chickens in the future . I couldn't be happier .
