I purchased 3 pavlova seconds. They were out on a shelf in the shop I purchased them from. I got them at the end of December 2019 and the 'best before date is 25.10.21. It is less than a month since I purchased them and all 3 have gone moldy. I rang Elite foods and was directed to 'Murray'. When I explained my situation he told me "its not my fault they are meant to be frozen" I explained they had been on a shelf and not frozen nor did it say they had been frozen. Nor is there anything on the packaging that says they are to be frozen. 'Murray" was not helpful. Apparently he did not like my tone and then raised his voice at me and when I said that I didnt think he should raise his voice at me, he hung up on me. I have purchased these pavlovas for the last 3 or 4 years and not had a problem. I was wanting to talk to someone who could help me out and together find a solution. 'Murray' was just annoyed that I would not accept that it was not his fault (as he kept repeating). I found him most unhelpful and I still have 3 moldy pavlovas made by him/his company.
