Unfortunately they didnt do a good job in highlighting my hair. I showed a picture and they told me that they could give me what I wanted. When my hair just was done I was really happy with it because it looked quite good, it was a bit too blonde at some parts but I didnt think it was too bad, but when I had a closer look and tried to wear my hair differently I found out it was very poorly done. Im a traveller so wasnt able to go back to the salon. When I walked in at a hairdresser in Wellington, they told me it was really bad and should ask for a refund, they said that I would probably get a full refund because it did cost me quite some money to let it get fixed. They responded quite quickly what was really nice. They offered a refund for the colouring part which I appreciated, but still with all I was went through I really wouldve expected to get at least all of my money back.. so unfortunately I would not recommend going to this hairdresser..
