Cinnamon House Design

Simone and another person arrived at my property to quote for Curtains and Tracks almost two months ago. The quote was due to arrive 'within a week or so'. Almost two months and several emails (with no response) later, I called to ask where the quote is.. it appears they don't want my business as they are 'snowed under' - I suggested I could wait, even to the end of the year (some 9 months away) but was made to feel my business wasn't welcome and that Cinnamon House wasn't in the business of competing against other suppliers and I should take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed and found the male person on the phone to be quite rude. If this is the same man that came to my home to measure up, I feel quite sorry for Simone that she should need to work with someone with such a rude and gruff attitude and bad nature. My business (valued at several thousand dollars) will be taken elsewhere thank you, and to someone who knows how to be polite and welcoming of a large contract.

OMG... what an absolutely lovely shop. Well worth a visit and spend some time looking around. The owner was friendly and informative. If you ever get to go there please take a Chai latte for the lovely lady at the counter.
