I have been purchasing my jewelry from pascoes jewelers for many years from the Nelson store Richmond store and the Blenheim store. I am hughley disappointed in the lack of service you recieve in the Blenhim store it appears they are more interested in chatting with one another both in the store and out the back in the many visits I have had. I purchased an Elite watch on the 9/11/2022 I wore the watch once and put it into my watch Tin for storage , when I got it out to wear a second time I noticed the glass face had shattered, the person who was assisting me told me it looks to of had a high impact to the watch I assured her I had only worn the watch once and she said she would have to send it away but douted it would be covered under guarantee watch was sent away the following week got a phone call to say it was not covered under guarantee it was then sent away for a quote I advised I did not require a quote and for it to be returned. The glass has been replaced free of charge as of this afternoon at no cost due to the fact my watch was Recently purchased. This is the third jewelry purchase that I have made from the Blenheim store that something has broken, I also had a ruby ring sent for a quote because there was a ruby fallen out ,the quote was for over $400 to replace the ruby the ring did not even cost the price of the ruby to be replaced so I was shocked at the quote. This experience has left me feeling that for all the jewelry I have purchased over the years that my loyalty to this company is not resected or valued so I will no longer purchase from Pascoes .

Bought a men's seiko watch recently. The sales guy was terrific and adjusted the bracelet several times to ensure a perfect fit. He was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the transaction.
