        Super helpful advice and guidance when I was stuck in an unfair situation against a big insurance company and not a clue what steps to take to legally clarify the situation. Friendly and reassuring staff kept my stress down over the course of the situation. They even offered to do the actual phone calls to the other party for me, which I took her up on once. (I hate phone calls and tend to just verbally nod along when on them, so this helped me greatly, even if it embarrassed me at first). When everything progressed to the tribunal court I was organized enough to be able to show everything from my side of the situation. Which led to me not only not having to pay them but then having to pay me. Thanks especially to Sharlene Very, who was the main person helping me. Just for her and another 5 for the whole practice.
