        New to Picton from the Waikato, I chose OPSM after I had a not so nice reminder (from an opposition optometrist receptionist) I must wear a mask whilst trying on new frames. I was the only person in the shop besides the receptionist. I promptly told the young lady I know the rules only to be reminded of them again. Trying new frames with a mask on..hello. I left the shop saying to myself you have just kissed goodbye to a $5k sale. I promptly sort OPSM and have always had great service with Katie, Hannah and Martin. Yes I have 5 pairs of lovely glasses and have received great discounts for my purchases. They certainly meet my expectations. Cheers Shirley Ps Im now going back to have a trial run with contacts, not to wear permanently because I love my glasses.
