I have needed Blenheim Physio twice, once for a sore back after gardening, I was able to book an appointment quickly, the service was excellent and my back is much better. I still do the exercises daily, because every now and then a little niggle in the back happens. But if I keep the exercises up it resolves very quickly. Also again after gardening I developed a sore upper arm, I thought it was pulled muscles, but the arm was hot and swollen, it turned out to be a spider bite, I had to go to the GP and get antibiotics. Then I was supplied by the physio a arm rest so that I could keep on working. I had to type slowly with one hand but the arm rest was excellent.
