Raupo Cafe, Restaurant & Traiteur

Food was great! Had the Eggs Raupo with Salmon , and flat white . All perfect ! Big breakfast ( forget the menu name ) was very good too ! Sat outside to enjoy the sunshine & river ( which is normally a nice walk along after when low ) Friendly staff , food & coffee werequick to come out . Can get very busy so pays to book ahead if pos . Parking can be hard to get right outside by there's 2 large car parking areas near by - remember to do your number plate parking ( 1st hour free but must still put in number plate , quicker by app)

Nice steak tartare entree and main steak cooked nicely. Sides not very exciting unless you like onion rings and bbq sauce covering the meat. avoided the lamb shanks with onion bhaji. For the price I would expect a more high end menu and flavoring. Efficient service. The three things I wanted on the menu were not available.

Lovely food, good service, beautiful coffee, reasonable prices and the menu has something for meat eaters as well as vegetarians. Open on a Monday when most other cafes and restaurants were closed. Would definitely go back again and recommend Raupo's if you've never been. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available for wheelchair access
