Really helpful team from the lady that answered the phone to Nick in the service team that went out his way to immediately look at an issue with our Prado. Time was tight for a ferry crossing unfortunately it was a bigger issue then could sort in short time frame and notice. They offered use of a loan vehicle to get our things in order to catch the ferry and this was a life saver- that is till blue bridge cancelled the trip due to staff shortages. They will be getting a very different review! Thanks team at Blenheim toyota great customer service.

Worst experience Ive had at a garage, went in 7 weeks ago with a warning light on my dash, picked it up this morning after its third visit!!!!! $7k out of pocket, seemingly having fixed the same problem 3 times, not testing properly before returning, Im picking up the vehicle one day and its not even starting the next and its me the customer who organises and pays for towing, incredibly the vehicle had a thorough service first visit, servicing a vehicle with an apparent head gasket problem and returning it to me, hardly any communication, all phone calls made by me unless of course it was time to pick up the vehicle and pay,not once not twice but three times of course, happy to accept payment each time obviously, rang on one occasion to be nonchalantly told you were shopping around for a new engine, lovely days thanks for the call team. You do get a tiny bag of jelly beans so silver linings. I have three of them. Update to my original post, after spending all that money I noticed shortly after that my radiator was leaking, decided Id take it to someone who actually knows how to fix it, the radiator mechanic was amused when he discovered what the problem was, Blenheim Toyota had put the washer on the radiator bung in the wrong place and as they do they returned it to me like that, Im not sure they do any checks or tests before they return a vehicle at all, great for return business right? Fingers crossed its right this time as every time I have to clean up the mess it costs me, paying the bill obviously but also having my work vehicle off the road, Blenheim Toyota has cost me a fortune through incompetence and shoddy business practice, Radiator guy, the one who actually knows what hes doing also informed me I would have saved hundreds of dollars by coming to him for the radiator replacement, Blenheim Toyota clips the ticket in a big way.
