Im absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and bathroom, especially the clever use of space, the beauty of the plywood, and the high quality craftsmanship. Make Furniture made the process a pleasure throughout, from the first visit and initial design right through to installation. Everyone on the team is friendly, creative and seems to enjoy a good challenge! I couldnt be happier with the end result.

A friend of mine introduced me to the team at Make - he'd had a kitchen built for his new house and recommended Make for thier quality craftmanship and excellent service. I'm based in Auckland so I was a little uncertain how we'd manage designing the kitchen remotely. It was no issue at all. The team at Make walked me through the process of measuring the dimensions of my kitchen and they rendered my sketches into drawings that helped me understand the choices I was making. To save a little on the bottom line I opted to install the kitchen myself. The kitchen arrived beautifully wrapped and unharmed (the delivery team dropped one of the cabinets but the wrapping and reinforcing worked perfectly to protect it) and with plenty of spare fixings. Will was available on the phone to help talk me through the installation and everything fitted together with mm precision. I was seriously impressed by the care and obvious pride the team put into their work. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. It looks exactly like I imagined, works perfectly - everyone who visits is blown away by the transformation. I couldn't recommend this team highly enough. Needing two new kitchens - one for our home and the other for an apartment, we were feeling very unenthused about the usual options we wanted character but not the olde worlde farmhouse look and we also wanted contemporary but not clinical black or white. Then we came across Make Furniture. We loved the look immediately and thought that surely someone in Auckland must be doing this and they were but the quality of product and craftsmanship didnt (doesnt) compare. Make Furniture ended up making both kitchens. We never met them but came to know them we worked out the designs together, they worked in with our builder and the whole process was amazingly smooth. I cant say enough about how good they are - the product, the beautiful craftsmanship, the friendly and professional service, the reasonable pricing.
