        Doesnt know the rules about IRD for working holidays or working visa, I dont recommend to go there to open a bank account, the two ladies where not inform about how the IR work in NZ ( also if you came from a foreign country other than Europe, Australia or USA you will not be able to change your currency).

        the friendly lovely staff went to the christchurch branch, I deal with them now. nelson are difficult an ask impossible questions

        Customer service is so good, website is easy to navigate and there's always Knowledgeable staff on the phone or in branch. I'm thinking of swapping to tsb as soon as I can refinance mortgage

        No longer does overseas currency conversions (will do for customers). Try at international airport as there are none in Nelson as at March 2022
