The Nelson team are absolutely awesome and were super helpful. Unfortunately this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I asked to be booked for 3 chips to be repaired but was only booked for 1. I drove in especially for this and they couldn't do them in all in the time they had so I had to try and arrange another time. You cannot call the Nelson depot directly, they won't even put you through on the national number. It took 3 more trips into town and a bunch of contacting the call centre to finally get the other chips repaired. S&S just need to let you contact the depot directly instead of waiting on hold for 10 mins to find out you can't be helped. I suggest trying Nelson Auto Glass or Novus. It's a shame, cos the local staff are so good. Service: Auto windshield repair

After replacement windshield,cause water leak inside the car .do terrible job. DO NOT Go there. By the way, I did call 0800 number. The lady say, I will tell manger, then will call back. Then. Never call back. Rubbish customer service.
