        We were very impressed with the job done for us by X-Factor Design and Build. They were the best quote of three we got, and the job they did was outstanding. We found them to be honest and reliable, and a pleasure to have in our home. They achieved the result we wanted within the short time-frame we needed to have it done in. Would recommend to anyone. (The job was wall and ceiling straightening, gib-fixing, gib stopping, and attachment of gib coving, skirtings and architraves, as well as removal and re-installation of our kitchen.)
