I have been a client of SBC for over 3 years now. Wendy has been an excellent accountant. I have a great deal of peace of mind with my finances thanks to them. They are the first i recommend to all my customers. Recently i have had dealings with Ashi in the Nelson office. I have recommended some colleagues to her. She has been a pleasure to work with. Two of my colleagues have English as a second language, and the support they have received is awesome. I totally recommend them. Being able to be approached at any time. Quick answers on phone. Ive been so impressed with the service, professionalism and efficiently provided my Alison and the team at Smart Business that I recommended them to my second employer who is grateful for me doing so. The team are always available for questions no matter how big or small, explain things simply, offer construction advice and better ways to operate and become more profitable. Running a small business is not easy and we rely heavily on the advice of Alison and her staff. All questions are answered and explained in easy to understand language and we get good sensible business advice when it comes to expansion, finance etc. Nothing is too much trouble.
