        The cleaners did really such poor job in Tahunanui toilets area especially near Modeller Pond, behind cafe and the Slide public toilets, they have never been cleaned/mopped on daily basis sometimes days and week, it was stinged and grossed. It has never reached the highest standard cleaning. It is highly suggested the contractor has to be changed urgently as they are not doing their job but for reason OCS is the big contractor they stick with it despite of poor standard cleaning. it is our ratepayers money in the end that have been wasted. Feb 2022, It happens regularly, I have to put the formal complaint, nothing has been done for a week now. Really frustrated dealing with NCC Management, the action too slow, nothing urgent for them when it comes to High Standard Cleaning during the endemic, What a shame!!!
