        I went in to buy a shirt or two and some pants. A very friendly, very helpful red headed lady gave me exceptional service. Worked in retail forever and j would have killed to have someone on my team be that good. Excellent stuff.

        We were passing through Nelson and my husband wanted to buy some boots & clothes. The shop manager was very helpful. She respected my husbands mask exemption and went out of her way to ensure he found what he wanted and he was satisfied with his purchase. She organised for several items to be posted directly to us. As my husband is deaf and had been denied entry elsewhere we were feeling very upset & nervous but she was understanding and very friendly. My husband is delighted with his new clothes and looks a million dollars Definitely recommend Rod & Gunn Nelson
