Pack & Send Nelson City

Thank you Bill and Jo for doing such a wonderful job on packaging my Grandfathers beautiful 3 mast sailing ship for safe transport from New Zealand to Australia. Pack and Send arranged collection from a residential address in Stoke, packed the 80 year old very fragile tall ship model in a custom packaging solution and had it delivered safely to me in Brisbane. It arrived intact and they had even included instructions on how to safely unpack the item. Without Bill and Jos expert assistance this treasured item would likely have been lost forever. I cannot thank you enough!

This was the most enjoyable and personal experience I have ever had when couriering . My initial quote ( which was perfectly acceptable) was reduced when Pack and Send actually picked up my precious item. Pack and Send custom made the packaging better than I could have made it myself. The phone calls I made to them made me think I was the only customer in the world. This is an amazing company and I shall recommend it to anyone who is needing to arrange transport for important items. I shall be a lifelong customer myself, whatever country I am in . Worldwide personal service which doesn't even seem possible in this big world, but it is -Pack and Send proves it.

Exceptional standards of customer service! Our phone was lost on the plane upon arrival in Wellington and despite a search wasnt located. We later turned on our locator and the phone had a free ride to Nelson. Kelly Wong @Nelson ANZ baggage was awesome. Pack Send Nelson is their designated carrier and upon contact Bill was awesome all the way through. Since the phone could not transit back to Wellington we had a back up to get it to Picton and Bill arranged it all and provided a tracking to follow the package. It was waiting for us at our motel upon arrival. Grateful and thanks again Bill for the outstanding coordination!

Impressed by Bill's handling of our freight requirements which involved liaison with third party, a tight pick-up schedule, and an anxious client - us - as delivery was deadline critical. I appreciated Bill's nice manner, nothing's a bother attitude and delivering on time as promised.

Last week I started the process of shipping a model boat from Nelson to Whangarei. I had been given a recommendation to use Pack & Send Nelson. I phoned the Pack & Send office and Bill answered the phone. I talked through the nature of the shipment with Bill. Bill was extremely helpful in making suggestions as to what could be done to package the model for shipping. The boat arrived within a few days and I received a call from Pack and Save, to keep me informed of delivery. The packing was excellent and so the boat arrived in great condition. I am very happy with with Pack and Send's service and would recommend them as an excellent freight service. Thanks, Tom.
