Had been looking around for new microwave/convection oven. Salesperson at original company where we bought first one years ago did not know what we were talking about. We're so impressed with Kylie at Harvey Norman, knew what we wanted, product knowledge excellent and even bought it out to car for us. Well done and thank you.

Phone bought from here and it completely died one day (i'm not blaming the company for that) took the phone back to be "fixed" was told they wouldn't do anything without the charger so had to go back home and back in with my charger only to be told by the employee serving us there would be virtually no hope for it. After nearly 6 weeks the phone was phone was returned completely reset having had everything on it wiped, including all photos I had from 6+ years because nothing could be saved, understandable and not the stores fault but still annoying and sad. My charger on the other hand which was 40+$ was "lost" after the phone was sent away, and I was given in return what I have to assume was the cheapest replacement they could find. It stopped charging my phone after 3 days of use and was the worst charger i've ever used. Shows how much they care. I now have to go find a new charger that will cost me god knows for a good quality like my original. Thanks for nothing Harvey Norman.
