By far the best GP I've ever been to! I saw Dr Robert Hayes but also had an initial patient appointment with the nurse the day before. Firstly I was impressed that the nurse inquired about why I was seeing the GP and what my concerns were. She then said she would tell the GP about it so he had time to consider it before I arrived and didn't have to ask me the same questions again. When I saw Robert, I felt really reassured when he told me that the practice work together as a team rather than one GP taking full responsibility for one patient - that really met my need for care and support. I was relieved that he didn't want to put me on any drugs, in fact he advised against them for my case. He talked to me like a friend and really involved me in how to manage my health issues. I think the whole team is really special - the reception staff were fantastic too! I can't speak highly enough of Tima Health - it's really evident that work together as a team and they are demonstrating how caring healthcare can really be. Much gratitude!

My husband and I see Dr Robert Hayes, he is exceptionally knowledgeable and will tell you the truth regarding any questions you may have. He talks to use as a friend, is very comforting when issues are serious or when we are just worried about a certain symptom. I truly can't say enough about him or the entire team at TIMA for that matter. The receptionists are so helpful in getting us appointments, the nurses are the best of the best, I have seen Lily a few times and she was always so reassuring and a joy to talk with. I highly recommend TIMA to anyone who needs a good family practice.

First time going to a Dr since having to about 3 years ago. First coming into Tima health you are greeted by a lovely smile at the front desk , very helpful easy to understand where to go and what to do. i then saw a nurse first and she was a very caring amazing person to have spoken with , she was very genuine whilst remaining professional wouldnt have wanted anyone else to be seen by. Then i was seen by a Dr who put to rest outstanding issues ive had and made my entire experience with Tima health wrap up very nicely. full transparency was given and he explained everything in a way i could understand. I left Tima health feeling very good , better than I have in a while. i could be wrong and this is an assumption as sadly i was unable to meet more people from this lovely establishment , but i firmly believe every single person from Tima health has been carefully hand picked to fit and suit the desired field of work and the ultimate flow of the entire place....who ever did the employee hiring for Tima health should be awarded. First time ive felt comfortable going to a Health clinic and strangely cant wait to go back. Thank you to anyone at Tima health that ends up reading this!
