We recently re-carpeted our house and found all the Flooring Room staff great to deal with and the communication was excellent and efficient. Absolutely love our new carpet. Would definitely use them again and are looking forward to choosing flooring for our entranceway in the near future.

They called saying they have a job in our area and were coming to just check up on the carpet repair which is about a 5cm by 5cm repair job. Came, saw it was incredibly easy, cut out a piece from the wardrobe, glued it in, took 15 minutes, and the guy left to wait for his co worker who took the van to do the job they initially came to the area to do another job. So they didn't come for us. No quote given. Then they charge us outrageous prices for van fee AND a call out fee and 'material' fee. Will not recommend for any small jobs and if you have any minor problems with your carpet as a rental - check with your property manager that they're not using this company. They will literally rob you blind. Highway robbery.
