        Pretty shocked about the lack of professionalism. They will not 'book a time', tech just shows up when it suits him. My tenant was not home, he refused to book a time he 'doesn't do that' and then canceled the job completely. Was really odd.

        Very rarely feel inclined to write negative reviews but I cant believe how rude the woman at the reception desk was! Awful to deal with, rude and unhelpful. I left feeling stupid and none the other wiser. Seems there are multiple negative reviews about this woman so I wont be the only one to have felt this way. Theyll never get my service.
