THE BEST JEWELLER EVER! Im recently engaged and the ring my partner chose was from a different local jeweller. I approached the jeweller who made the ring to change the color of stone they had difficulty sourcing one in a color I liked and werent very good with communication. I approached Glen James Jewellers and sent them a photo of the color stone I was after. The same day the had ordered in some stones for me to look at and had an approximate cost for me. 2 days later they had 12 different stones all in a very similar color to what I wanted. Stone was picked, fitted and the ring resized all in one day. They also cleaned some other jewellery for me at no cost. They are extremely reliable, helpful and efficient. Their communication was excellent, outstanding service and quality of work. Couldnt recommend them enough! Thanks to Jason and Glen for all your hard work.
