Pascoes The Jewellers

Awful customer experience from the manager, Marjorie. Rude and unhelpful. Thankfully I was able to go to Richmond otherwise Pascoes wouldnt have made a sale from me. The other staff were lovely, such a pity the manager is sorely lacking in customer skills. I will not shop at the Nelson store.

If u don't want your special occasion ruined don't come here!! Its mothers day and I just recieved the most beutifull gift from my children partner and mother in law! However these charms my children picked at the nelson store but had to be purchased form the lovely people at Richmond store purely because Nelson's store manager was so rude and and treated my family like scammers because she had to put a card number in her system as the card strip dosnt work properly which resulted my kids missing out on being there to by mum something special with dad and nana! This is the kind of store people visit on some really special and intimate occasions..... so who gave you the right to trash that experience because u had a bad day? Too lazy? Who know but you should be ashamed!
