I had a super good experience to start off with, spoke to the receptionist and she put me on the list for a call back from a Nurse. Nurse was great and super proactive but failed to actually book my appointment, despite confirming twice over the phone where and when. Turned up at my appointment time, and apparently I didnt even have a appointment. Was put on hold while they tried to figure it out, then got hung up on. Called them back and they said super sorry, I dont know whats happened here asked if they had any advice to help my illness (Not being able to breath, spewing and coughing ect) and was left with a oh I have no training. They didnt even offer to rebook my so called missed appointment.

Dont go see Dr Kae Bennetts. She is rude, unhelpful and let's her personal opinions get in the way of her job. If you can't treat all people with kindness then you shouldn't be a doctor. Vile woman.

great doctors, but waiting times are ridiculous. every single time ive been ive been waiting up to an hour to be seen then told to hurry because they dont have have much time.. super frustrating and can be super invaliding. no one is expected to wait that long for any other service

A wonderful medical centre to enroll to. From the receptionist who's helpful to the nurse Carmel who provided all the small details and my GP Tanya Hamilton for the wonderful amazing advises and suggestions.

They need to be more considerate of peoples time and that people may have other things /appointments to get to. Ive been kept waiting over half an hour past my appointment time probably 3 or 4 times now. Appalling. Stop being money hungry and booking so many patients in if its going to cause big delays.
