Plus4 Insurance Mark Sheehan

Incompetent, my previous provider did not complete a request almost 2 years ago and after an extended period of being ignored by my previous provider I subsequently opted not to continue with the request. I informed Mark of this issue when transferring to Plus4. Plus 4 without telling me decided to proceed with the change when I asked for a copy of my documentation without my consent. This increased my policy amount significantly and I was extremely disappointed I was not consulted before they made the historical change I had opted not to proceed with. I wasnt originally going to share the full concern but it seems plus4 has forgotten their mistake in this issue, in which no apology was given.
