Worst practice iv ever been to .in a year being with them ,iv had 4 different doctors ,everyone from the practice knows ya personal details and they dont listen .after ya muney more then helping people .

Amazing experience all around! I got an appointment at very short notice even though I wasn't an existing patient. I got seen by the Dr straight away with no wait time at all, got blood taken straight after seeing the doctor plus a tetanus shot from the nurse. That same evening the doctor texted me my blood results. Wow! Thank you so much to the whole team, reception, doctor, nurse and lab!!!

The nurses at Hauora Health are incredibly caring and often go over and above to follow up.

Ive never managed to get a same-week appointment. I once had ear infection and the first appointment available was a whole week later. The ear eventually recovered itself before the appointment date.

They don't want to see you if you're sick, and they're chronically understaffed so appointments are basically impossible to get. They seem to have a revolving door of GPs so you have no chance of getting consistent care. If you ever wanted to know why people clog up the ED with things their GP could sort, it's because of practices like this one. It's shocking they're still taking on new patients when they can't even see the ones they have on their books.
