        my first ever time getting my fur baby groomed and first time giving him to somebody i hardly knew was daunting to say the least but my goodness me Anne was super reassuring me and she did such an excellent job with my boy frank!! i 100% recommend Anne and team!! thank you all for making my boy handsome!!!

        Ann was a delight to deal with, and is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about dogs. She did a great job hand stripping our overgrown, anxious border terrier. Definitely recommend.

        I miss read the memo about letting myself in. With no signs to show I was even at the right place, I called out. No response. So very carefully let myself in the gate. Was aggressively come at about what way I came in, yelling and spitting food. When I wanted to leave she stood in front of me and wouldn't let me back out the gate, very very uncomfortable encounter. Would never recommend
