        Luckily to get one star quite frankly. Elgas service our crib on the West Coast and the communication from them is rubbish. I have sent two emails and left two voice messages asking for a please explain only to get nothing back. The drivers are awesome though and I appreciate the work they do.

        It seems central have no idea what loacals can offer when i tried to order 9kg bottles with the 45kg order, they promised Nelson would call me but guess what ....no they did not

        I have sent multiple emails since the first of July trying to set up a new account, phoned the store and left messages with the call centre and its now the 20th of July and Ive had no reply.

        The service from the drivers is good. The service from the a/c managment person is garbage. Takes ages to reply to emails, if she does. Pointless ringing because you get a service person and the person you want to talk to doesn't call you back
