I do not recommend this repair shop. I took the caravan in and 2 days later had to remind him what the things to fix were. After getting home with the caravan found out the water pump was the still not working. Talked to him about getting a refund when I took it back but refused. After I'd left found out that the fridge was not going either. Shoddy workmanship and no integrity

Went today with our motorhome for help and advice on things we weren't sure of.and not working. Craig couldn't have been more helpful and positive. All things fixed and at reasonable costs. Went the xtra mile for us. Can only recommend and will be using in the future. Thanks so much guys.

OK, so firstly let me say, we are not criticizing the job done by the team (diesel heater installation in our bus) however, I am highly annoyed at the disparity in the estimated installation price vs what we were charged. I was told it would take between 4 - 6 hours, $85 + GST and we were happy with that. So by my estimation it really shouldn't have totaled more than $600 for the job. We dropped the bus off around 9am, were called just after 3pm to say it was ready to be picked up. We were charged 8 hours labour, in total it cost us just over $800 for the total install. When I queried the amount, I was informed they had 2 people working on it, and we were charged 4hours for each of them!.... Seriously guys, I find that tactic pretty underhanded and misleading and due to this I most certainly would not recommend your business to anyone I know!

I cannot NOT recommend this workshop! I have had my two new caravans there for electrical modification, and I am happy to say that I got away without anything being ruined! The job they did was a complete mess, they forgot one of the outlets altogether etc. Worst of all, the price for fitting water tanks I was told at the beginning was double in the final bill, and Craig could not remember anything. When I complained I was insulted by his daughter as "typical" - I hadn't even talked to her before... Overall the whole workshop unorganised, big mess and rip-off. Choose someone else, if you decide to go there, you have been warned...
