        Nelson City Taxi is not a reliable taxi service. The amount of times Ive waited for my ride and just not good enough service. When I was speaking to this lady on the phone, she was so ignorant and then hung up on me in the middle of my conversation in regards to the address Im giving. Im all for Sun City Taxi, much more reliable even during busy hours.

        Booked a taxi after 1pm on a Saturday night and waited an hour then called them again and said they will make it a priority and my previous taxi picked up someone else but we were waiting there the whole time. Still waited for another hour. Very disgusted by this. Really doesnt deserve a star.
