        Shady dealings. Made me wait nearly a month for my order with zero response to asking what was happening. I emailed twice + called and messaged on fb and their website and they didnt respond to anything, I had no idea what was going on. I ended up finally sending an annoyed email and only then did I miraculously get an email (from NZ post, not them) saying it had only just then been dispatched. Someone finally responded after I asked for somewhere to complain, he claimed he had sent me an email previously basically blaming NZ post (blaming NZ post doesnt account for a month of radio silence). I never received that email but I received all the othersvery shady. I asked again for the complaints procedure details and the guy (wont say his name but rhymes with Mobit Poos) just repeatedly sent the same email blaming NZ post, amazing. I really wouldnt have cared at all if they had just apologised - learn some basic customer service and you wouldnt lose customers. 0/10, dont recommend.
