        Find the staff extremely rude and all to keen to place all blame for any mistakes on the head office. Infact would talk to them about making your head office people look inept. Was told the pervious manager was dismissed for swapping out defective items. All to happy to sell defective or products not compatible with other device to make a quick sale and blame head office when you ask him to fix there error. Has lost me as a customer after many years. Will not be returning

        Was sold T1811s and not told they were the mini ones. Didnt realise until unpacagjng them they were not the standard I T1811s. Very disappointed as the coils are a different size as well. They made a quick deceitful sale. I asked for T1811s.
