A MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to the waste management TRUCKGUY in STOKE, TENNYSON CRES area TODAY fri around 12ish (sorry I didn't get YOUR name? ) My bin was missed (I won't go into detail but it WASN'T missed by him) he had compassion and went above and beyond to help me out. What a star! I really am so grateful, thankyou so much! I honestly would of been stuck if you hadn't of helped. SO THANKYOU for helping me. I HOPE THIS FINDS YOU

I was over charged. Emailed mutipal times and even withdrew authority to take anymore money out of my bank til it was resolved. Then they illegally took more money out of my bank. Asked rang the Nelson office and got Auckland. I asked for a manager several times though email and it was only after I demanded to speak to a manager and being on the phone for 45mins I finally got a manager who admitted they had over charged me and then cancelled my account after bringing up them stealing money out of my account. There billing system is rediculas and I wonder how many others have had this problem with this company Disgusting service

Don't expect them to care for you as a customer. Used them for years. Due to miscommunication (invoice sent to old contact for household) invoice wasn't paid. They decided the week before Christmas to close the account. Nothing in the letterbox of the address. No note on the bin itself. No warning received at the physical address at all. Just suddent closure. I dealt with it quickly when I became aware of the issue, called, updated contact details got it paid for and so on. Was assured service would continue the following week twice over the phone by two different people- I wanted to be sure. It didn't continue. I followed up again by email as they closed their phones over Christmas and they wouldn't give me a time frame to 'reopen the account' at all. Was a customer for years and they didn't try to collect or make things right. Gave Can Plan a ring and their phones were open. Ordered a new bin and never looking back. Service: Junk removal
