I have been practicing Vinyasa Flow yoga with Cynthia for over a year now and I look forward to the class each week. I have tried a number of yoga studios in the Nelson region and Cynthia's studio is by far the best one I have used to date. As a busy working Mum of three, I really look forward to having a weekly hour to myself and this class provides me with the grounding and timeout that I need. Cynthia is so welcoming and nourishing for the soul. I would 100% everyone to give one of her classes a try, you will not be disappointed :)

I have been practicing yoga with Cynthia on and off for four years. She is an exceptional teacher warm, kind, intuitive, and always explains and demonstrates clearly. She reminds people to go at their own pace, and also encourages them to go a little further, to find a little more stretch or relaxation. To me, she is both joyous and calm, and I hear her voice guiding me even when I practice at home. I couldnt ever hope for a better teacher.
