        Most Staff were pleasant but uninformed about services offered & information required to Action specific requests causing unnecessary visits & wasted time. As a potential NEW customer I was less then impressed and at one point in an earlier meeting I was looked at & spoken to as if I was stupid (she was not pleasant). I will be visiting another branch or online as unfortunately the services I require seem exclusive to ANZ :(
