        This business was so great to work with! We called late in the morning looking to hire some bikes last minute. Tess was very helpful on the phone and sorted us out with a 2hr eta at the cycle hire shop. When we arrived our bikes were ready to go for our Great Taste Trail ride. We had misjudged a bike over the phone and she swapped it out very quickly to make sure our Nanna was comfortable and safe on her bike. Our nanna travelling with us needed a pick-up on the trail, which Tess very kindly came back to do so for us. Tess even lent her gloves to her as she didnt have any. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond today!
