We switched from one automated reminder system to Appointment Reminder in June 2020. The reliability is 100%! The customer service is fantastic. Its user friendly and quick to pick up. I cannot recommend this program enough!!

Since adding Appointment Reminder to our scheduling process it has saved us so much time when completing our onsite quotes. It has reduced no-shows and unwanted quotes and is a great way to remind our clients, especially when booked weeks in advance during these busy times. The set up was so easy and the team had no hesitations in answering all our questions. Highly recommend this company!

I've been using Appointment Reminder for about 1 year and I've been really impressed. The software is very simple to use, but that's expected. For me the most important thing is the impact on my business. I've had an 80% reduction in no shows since implementing the software and the great thing is I haven't had to do very much to get it. From client feedback in previous year, it was clear that a large percentage of my emails were absent from their inbox's, so key pieces of information were being missed. With the help of the SMS system my messaging is so much more targeted and successful. This has helped me to foster a much more caring impression to my clients. As a private 1-1 dog training coach this is extremely important.
