        Very careless attitude after a small ding caused by other driver. No help offered at the desk as had a third party insurance thought it was with them.

        Drove the car very little and has gauge still abve full line, but they filled it up 5l after I took it back and charged $30+gst fee for the service. Pretty average tactics to inflate the rental price. The car itself and service otherwise was good, but that tactic seems underhanded.

        It's hertz and a total rip off. $5000 excess unless to pay a load more money. I got totally ripped off with $300 for a 2 day hire of a 29k corolla. I wouldn't touch them.
