I have recently had my house "insect bombed", which I am very happy with. When I booked, I was warned that it would be at least four weeks before they had a free slot, but it was worth the wait. Detailed instructions, on what I needed to do prior, and date was agreed on. A message sent the day before to remind me, and a very pleasant young man arrived right on time. I was reassured by his timeliness and approach. Left him to carry on, and came back to a house later in the day. I was not aware of any smell, which I was grateful for.

Jaes are super helpful and easy to deal with. Their bug removal services are great and last way longer than the suggestive timeframes

Excellent service and great clean result. Went above a beyond by fixing carpet ripples in one of the bedrooms when they had the time. This saved me time and the hassle of moving furniture again to get these ripples removed. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

I cannot praise the service Michael provided any higher. I am absolutely thrilled with the beautfully clean carpets he produced. Every care and attention was paid to furniture and squares of plastic were placed beneath wooden furniture legs to prevent staining of the carpet while it dried. Michael even managed to remove stains that had been there for 6 years or more. Thank you so much Michael and Jae for your outstanding service.
