Brilliant :) . We had a less than lovely experience with someone else a few years ago, and so are thrilled to now have Charlie in charge of our fire/ flue. He is thorough and knowledgeable, and does a great job. Highly recommended.

We have been most impressed with the professionalism of Charlie's Chimney Cleaning and their high-tech equipment. Their communications were prompt, as were their follow-ups to remind us of the day of cleaning. Charlie also rang 15 minutes before arriving at our house, just to let us know that he was on his way. Will definitely use again.
