        This is a top class company based in Nelson, Marlborough and Golden Bay. The produce some of the World's best salmon. My favourite is their hot and cold smoked range...delicious. They raise the smelt or baby fish over near Wailoropupu springs in Golden Bay, then transport them to Marlborough Sounds to drow to full size. From there they are harvested for processing at the King Salmon factory in Nelson. I love their salmon. Well worth buying their products which are ecologically and ethically produced. I have had their salmon at parties, dinners and weddings. I prefer the processed products, but the whole sides of fresh fish are wonderful especially on a barbecue. Ever tried fresh barbecued salmon? You should!
