        I'm disappointed this is the second time I've had two parcels delivered the first one was a brand new Google pixies phone that got punched out my little box and had to be signed for and now I find out that they delivered my laptop and iPad to a place that I'm not living in at the meant. It had to be signed about there was no one home from a signature and it's been punched off my doorstep so well done give yourself a pat on the back post haste couriers nelson . Thanks much.         These guys are shockers. Despite reminders (which they respond to politely, but then ignore), they repeatedly deliver parcels requiring signature to the lawn beside our letterbox on a public road.This includes parcels clearly marked as alcohol.

        Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired, often the driver doesn't pick up our parcels when they've been booked in plenty of time and this happens with no communication so goods are left out all weekend. Generally prompt delivery when the parcels finally do get picked up but frustrating having an unreliable courier service when we do the best we can to deliver top service for our clients, will have to look at alternatives.
