I had my 1st class at Pole Artistry Studio 7 years ago. Today I am 55 years old with a passion for Pole fitness. I have never felt so strong and confident in my life or loved exercise so much. Sarah is an amazing teacher and always makes sure all moves are executed safely. Sarah has given me so much encouragement that I can do this and worked with me as I choreographed pole dance for her studio Showcases and even entered 2 competitions with her support. Sarahs studio is a safe place where there is no judgement. With her flexible contract options the doors at the studio are always open.

Only gym I have stuck at for more that 3 months! Can't believe how much upper body strength I have now.. so much fun and Sarah is a great instructor

Sarah is an amazing instructor! My daughters are 11 and 8. My 11 year old has been coming to Polenastics since she was 8. They love it, Sarah provides a friendly, safe, empowering space and I have seen a huge difference in my daughters self-confidence from when she started. Highly recommend!

I tried pole for the first time at this studio. I was immediately hooked and have still been doing pole 2 years later. The studio has incredible, experienced instructors and a phenomenal community. I have learned so much about self expression and challenging my strength and dancing abilities. I cannot recommend Pole Artistry more!
