Amazing customer service, with warm and welcoming staff. Absolutely painless tooth extraction, I was very nervous but both the dentist and assistant were very gentle, checking that i was okay and comfortable throughout. Definitely Highly Recommend

Having spent all of my life deathly afraid of the dentist I have come away from this centre with a truely positive experience. I had spent the weekend in tremendous pain, called the centre and was welcomed by Trish the receptionist she was friendly and kind and has a way with customer service that is so warm its remarkable as a recruiter this is something for which I have very high standards, standards that were easily exceeded. They fit me in last minuet and I was seen by their lovely dentist Joyce and her wonderful assistant. I had my 3 year old son with me as was unable to find last minuet child care this wasnt an issue they helped care for him during the procedure and were equally as patient with me and my phobias. Now Ive had a tooth extraction before and it left my mouth bruised and very sore however this time there is no bruising no pain only a very slight ache. I would highly reccomend this surgery infact I already have to my nearest and dearest! Thankyou very much to Tahunanui dental and their wonderful team!
