A belated 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH' to Alastair, Emma and Team for making one of life's saddest experiences a beautiful celebration of life, blessings to you all.

Thank you so much Alistair, Emma and your wonderful caring team. Right from our first sad phone call, someone was always available to speak to when we had any questions and you always sounded so calm and reassuring. At what was a time of emotional anxiety for us, you made us feel that nothing was a problem and ensured that the whole process went very smoothly. And Alistairs familiarity with all the required technology was much appreciated. We loved the video stream option so that family and friends from around the world could watch the service either live or delayed. The chapel is restful, welcoming and contributed to an atmosphere of calm and dignity. And the catering team reflected this too in their interaction with us and our guests. The catering itself was superb with an appealing and delicious array of finger food and drinks to suit all tastes and dietary needs. With your help we were able to farewell our beloved Audrey just as she would have wanted, so we can absolutely recommend the entire experience to anyone looking for the perfect way to farewell a loved one. I cannot speak too highly of Alistair and the team at Shone and Shirley. Alistair's warmth and empathy were both consummately professional and sincerely personal. He organised Mum's farewell with effortless efficiency despite the short timeframe, turning an emotional trial into a smooth and gracious occasion. Shone and Shirley's chapel provided a suitably dignified environment and everything just worked perfectly; from the service sheet, photo montage, hymns with words and music, candles and petals, video link for those who couldn't be there, and catering afterward. Thank you Alistair. The family truly appreciates everything you did.

I can't express enough, how professional Alastair and the team are at Shone & Shirley, There attention to detail, is way and beyond great. Mums funeral was beautifully done, I know she would of been very happy. You made us feel so comfortable through the whole process, as though you were an old friend. Your compassion and kindness was, and is very much appreciated. Also the care with mum, so wonderful, and you and the team made mum so beautiful. With sincerest thanks Robin Woodman.
